Implementation and configuration inside HoneyBook, application of your supplied branding, and the system components specified in your setup level — built from your service descriptions, pricing, policies, and contract language.
Template copywriting, client and project migration, additional pipelines, additional schedulers, and other approved implementation needs. Migration and platform integrations are included in the Signature level and available as add-ons to Essentials or Full. Contacts, active projects, and historical client records carry over; templates, forms, and automations are rebuilt natively in HoneyBook rather than imported, because a clean rebuild performs better than a converted one.
Brand identity development, custom graphic design, website development, and legal drafting or review — your offer and your language stay entirely yours, and Pace By Design builds the system that delivers them. Maintenance & Consulting is available to past setup clients and to businesses with an established HoneyBook system reviewed and approved by Pace By Design; it does not cover full rebuilds or first-time implementation.
