How Pace By Design works?

Our convenient all-online design process makes it easier for you to get the support you need for your business without sacrificing quality.

STEP ONE

Discovery Call

In our initial stage, we’ll schedule a discovery call. During this call, you’ll tell us your specific needs, preferences, and the scope of the project and we will discuss and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

STEP TWO

Client Onboarding

After the initial call, the next step is client onboarding. This involves formalizing our relationship. You’ll select your package, sign our service agreement, and submit any necessary documentation or payments. We’ll establish clear communication channels and expectations to ensure a smooth design process.

STEP THREE

Project Information

During this stage you’ll provide all the necessary background project information, including your branding guidelines, measurements, photographs, floor plans, content requirements and any existing resources that should be integrated into the project.

STEP FOUR

Design Development

This is the core of the design assistance service. We’ll create initial design drafts based on the information collected. Collaboration is key during this phase, with regular check-ins to get feedback to refine the design. The design development phase may also include iterations and revisions as necessary to ensure we meet your final expectations.

STEP FIVE

Final Deliverables

Once the design is approved, we’ll prepare and deliver the final design package. This includes providing all necessary design files, code, or assets, as well as any documentation or instructions as necessary for implementation.
